Our HMS Science Club, under the direction of Mr. Gross, designed, built, and launched rockets yesterday, all with the help of our volunteer scientists. The record launch height for the day was 96 feet. What fun!
Last Wednesday, our 5th/8th grade buddies walked to the Yarmouth Food Pantry to donate items for members of our community. Many thanks to our students and staff for their work in this endeavor!

Here is a snapshot of a few of our 7th graders on a field trip to Sandy Point today. Students collected data for a research study on the growth and health of Ascophyllum nodosum, or rockweed, a common seaweed form of algae. Well done, HMS scientists!
