Happy Fall! October's Harvest of the Month ingredient is Apples. This year, we have been serving local apples from Brackett Orchards in Limington, Maine. During our menu this month, we will be featuring apples in two recipes; apple crisp and a fresh apple slaw. If you haven't tried a local apple yet, we highly recommend you do!
