Are you feeling stressed? Anxious? Overwhelmed?

Mindfulness Club is a drop in group offered every Wednesday from 2:30-3:00 in Ms. Parr's office. During this time we will learn breathing and relaxation techniques that will decrease stress, increase emotional regulation, help with sleep, and improve concentration. Hope you can join us! Who May Participate:

5th, 6th, 7th and 8th-grade students may participate.
