Mindfulness Club

Are you feeling stressed? Anxious? Overwhelmed?

Mindfulness Club is a drop in group offered every Wednesday from 2:30-3:00 in room 204.  During this time we will learn breathing and relaxation techniques that will decrease stress, increase emotional regulation, help with sleep, and improve concentration.  Hope you can join us!  See Ms. Parr with any questions.

Who May Participate:
5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade students may participate.
